- SCAMMERS! Used them once and liked them. So when our car broke down we called them again. They said their tow guy would charge no more than$80 for the 2.5 mile tow. Bob got our car Tuesday morning and by Friday afternoon nothing had been done. They refused to work on it because they wanted to replace things we felt unnecessary for almost $500 more than the $1200 we were already spending. We told them we were going elsewhere and they said we owed them$95 for towing and$39 for diagnosis. We finally agreed on$80 for towing and$39 for them doing nothing when we already knew what the car needed. Then come to find out we used the same exact towing company and the same exact guy for $65 to go further distance to a different mechanic!- CARRIE CRUM. 1/1/2020

- A+++ on service and aptitude on penciling in a customer in need of assistance. Somehow my brake pads were stuck to the rotors while driving and Bob was able to get it fixed even though he was pretty booked up. - We live in NC and our son is in college down in Lakeland. His car died and we were scrambling to find a place to get his car fix at an honest and reasonable rate. - Excellent service from this family oriented repair shop. Bob's wife handles the day to day calls and paperwork, and Bob is the mechanic. They both are very nice to deal with and very knowledgeable about the many vehicles out there. I called them to have repair work done on my Land Rover and they were able to order the parts with a few days and keep in contact with me the whole time until it was time to bring in it in for repair. I dropped my vehicle off and it was completed with one day. Bob did an awesome job and I highly recommend him and the company for any work on your vehicle that is needed.
